Use CRM or ESP parameters with Rule Builder

Your CRM or ESP contains numerous details about your customers that can be used in a Rule Builder campaign to provide a dynamic custom experience every time. No need for extra code or scripting - let Rule Builder handle it!

String parameter rules

Bring in CRM text based on subscriber data, like loyalty plan level, delivery city, postal code, age range, gender preference, or shoe size!

For example, if the loyalty plan level equals platinum, you could choose to show a banner for an event or special sale but show different content if the loyalty plan field is anything else.

Add rules to customize a banner or event for as many different levels as you wish!

UTC Datetime parameter

Based on the datetime stamp merged in from your CRM or ESP, you can show content up to x time before a merged date until x time after merged date, from x time before a merged date or from x time after a merged date.

For example, create automated campaigns such as an offer that lasts 48 hours after your first welcome message is sent, or a special birthday greeting with a gift option that is valid from 7 days before a birthday to 7 days after.

Numeric parameter

Apply CRM numerical data based on the subscriber. For example, use number of orders to show different content based on if a customer has not ordered or purchased yet or has placed 10 orders.
