Signing in and passwords
NOTE: This article provides instructions on how to sign in for legacy Kickdynamic customers. If you are not unsure if this applies to you or otherwise need any assistance signing in to Litmus Personalize Pro, please reach out to personalize@litmus.com!
Signing in
- To sign in, navigate to the Litmus Personalize platform and enter your username and password.
- Each user has a global login. This means the whole CRM team will have one username (usually an email address) and one password.
- We recommend changing the password on a regular basis and keeping your team informed of every change.
Password recovery
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' option on the login screen.
- Enter your username and click 'Reset Password'.
- The email address associated with the account will receive the new temporary password. If you need to update this email address, contact personalize@litmus.com.
Change your password
- Select your username in the top right hand corner of the main navigation and choose Change password.
- Enter your old password, and then enter your new password twice to confirm, and then choose Change Password.
