Signing in and passwords

We've tried to keep the platform as simple as possible. Here are a few tips to find your way around.

Signing in

  • To sign in, navigate to the Litmus Personalize platform and enter your username and password.
  • Each user has a global login. This means the whole CRM team will have one username (usually an email address) and one password.
  • We recommend changing the password on a regular basis.

Password recovery 

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' option on the login screen.
  • Enter your username and click 'Reset Password'.
  • The email address associated with the account will receive the new temporary password. If you need to update this email address, contact personalize@litmus.com.

    Change your password 

    • Select your username in the top right hand corner of the main navigation and choose Change password.
    • Enter your old password, and then enter your new password twice to confirm, and then choose Change Password.
