Signing in and passwords

We've tried to keep the platform as simple as possible. Here are a few tips to find your way around.

Signing in

To sign in, navigate to the Litmus Personalize platform and enter your username and password.
Each user has a global login. This means the whole CRM team will have one username (usually an email address) and one password.
We recommend changing the password on a regular basis.

Password recovery

If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' option on the login screen.

Enter your username and click 'Reset Password'.

The email address associated with the account will receive the new temporary password. If you need to update this email address, contact personalize@litmus.com.

Change your password

Select your username in the top right hand corner of the main navigation and choose Change password.
Enter your old password, and then enter your new password twice to confirm, and then choose Change Password.
