How do I set up the Nearest Store tag?

Currently, it is not possible to set up nearest store in the Litmus Personalize platform. If you would like to include nearest store in your emails, please provide the following assets to your Account Manager:

The following assets are required for set up:

1. Longitude/Latitude and address of all locations. (Please include store name and split the address lines and coordinates into individual columns)
2. .png image of custom pin. (This is the pin which will display over the map to indicate a location of store)
3. psd design of the nearest store map. (This will be used to determine the size of the map image.)

4. Default image for when we can’t detect location (same dimensions of map.) ( This is the image you would like to display if location there isn’t a store within a predetermined radius of open or if location cannot be detected.) 

Please collect all assets and send across together. Once Litmus Personalize has these, please allow 3 business days for creation.

Once you have sent the files over, your account manager will confirm that we have received them and that Litmus Personalize have everything needed for the set up. We will then build, test and send the tags to you. We'll also add the Tag to your account.
